Pretty new to VPASP but running v6 and cannot for the life of me see an easy way to rearrange the categories on the left? If its this hard for me to see I wonder about my customers!
Its there I'm sure but by now my eyes hurt.
Any help would be most appreciated. |

Hi Jayson,
To rearrange the categories, you need to give each category a value in the "Cat Extra" field. For example, a category you want listed at the top can be set to "1", then set the next category to "2" and so forth.
Then go to Set-Up->Products 1 and set xsortcategories to "catextra".

be careful when entering your order values in catextra; it's a text field and not a number field, so "23" would come after "200". To be completely safe, use a format like this: 001-001 001-002 002-001 etc
