Terms of Use:

1. Minimum 12 month contract.
2. A cancellation fee will apply if contract terminated within first 12 months.
3. Cancellation fee equal to remainder left payable for the 12 month period. For example, if 3 months are left in first 12 month period then cancellation fee will be 3 * monthly rental fee.
4. After first 12 month period, 30 days notice only required for cancellation, with no penalties applied.
5. Once VP-ASP Business Ready Plan has been ordered and processed you can select your template and we will install the requested design for you.
6. If you have a logo simply email it to us and we will upload it onto your template.
7. A one-off Set Up of US$99 will be charged on top of the first month fee making the total first month invoice US$198.
8. Each month thereafter you will be billed US$99.
9. 1 hour free support is provided per month. Unused support is not carried through at the end of each month
