Hi,
I just installed IIS7 on my laptop which runs Vista. I'd like to install SQL sever or Mysql to my localhost for VPASP delux.

question 1. Is SQL sever free?
question 2. How do I install SQL server of Mysql on IIS7?

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition is free, you can download it here
http://www.microsoft.com/sql/editions/express/default.mspx

If you want to setup mysql in IIS, try to download MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51 from here
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/3.51.html
